A Professional Team, Tailored to You

After working several years in the real estate field individually, we recognized that we had so much more to give our clients working together than individually. We each bring distinct skills, passions, and neighborhood expertise. When these come together, we are able to offer our clients a comprehensive perspective on the Nashville real estate market.

Pete Jones Realtor

Pete Jones

In 2016 my wife and I chose to invest in the 12 South neighborhood. We wanted to build something that spoke to our love of historic Craftsman homes but was also at the forefront of energy efficiency. Our home blends classic wood craftsmanship while simultaneously achieving passive solar performance standards.

We are committed to our community and active in the neighborhood association. Additionally, we are active in the Young Professionals Group at the Martha O’Bryan Center. We are avid hikers and love living in Nashville for all the opportunities it offers for outdoor activities.

Amy CLITHEROE Gill

I am passionate about helping people find the place where they can live their best lives. My love for architectural design combines with knowledge of residential construction to empower me to guide buyers and sellers to make informed decisions when it comes to their most valuable asset. With dynamic experience developing my personal real estate portfolio, I possess first-hand knowledge to guide clients toward wise decisions. I live in Lockeland Springs with my two sons in a Victorian cottage we restored in 2016.

I love designing spaces that bring their inhabitants joy. My home design work has been featured in national design publications and has been recognized by the Nashville Historical Commission. In a past life, I was a classical organist and worked in symphony management. I am active in Nashville’s independent music scene, and never miss a performance of the Nashville Ballet.
